Présent Simple:
Forme active :  The cat  eats   the mouse.
                                   Sujet        Verbe       Complément

Forme Passive: The mouse   is eaten   by the cat.
                   Sujet           Be + Participe passé    Complément d’agent

Présent Be+ing:
F A : The cat is eating the mouse
F P: the mouse is being eaten by the cat

Prétérit Simple:
FA: The cat ate the mouse
FP: the mouse was eaten by the cat

Prétérit Be+ing:
FA: The cat was eating the mouse
FP: the mouse was being eaten by the cat

Futur simple:
FA: The cat will eat the mouse
FP: The mouse will be eaten by the cat

Futur Will be +in:
FA: The cat will be eating the mouse
FP: the mouse will  be eaten by the cat

Present Perfect:
FA: The cat has eaten the mouse
FP: The mouse has been eaten by the cat

Present perfect Have been + ing
FA: the cat has been eating the mouse
FP: the mouse has been being eaten by the cat

Can:
FA: The cat can eat the mouse
FP: the mouse can be eaten by the cat

Must:
FA: The cat must eat the mouse
FP:  The mouse must be eaten by the cat.
